Biden: I’m Going To Force Taxpayers To Pay For Illegal Alien Healthcare. Federal Judge: Like Hell You Will

Another day, another defeating for for the lame duck Biden Administration, this one on forcing taxpayers to pay for illegal alien’s ObamaCare.

A federal judge has blocked a Biden-Harris administration rule that required health insurance coverage for those brought across the border illegally as children.

Texas and 18 other Republican-led states sued the federal government over the rule, which allowed Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients to enroll in a federally run health insurance plan under the Affordable Care Act.

DACA is an Obama-era program that delays the deportation of those who arrived in the U.S. illegally as minors.

The 19 states argued that the Biden rule encourages illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. and forces legal citizens to contribute funds for their health care.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Daniel Traynor agreed with the states and halted the rule, citing federal law that prohibits giving public benefits to those who are not legal citizens.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, whose office spearheaded the lawsuit, called the decision “a big win for the rule of law.”

“Congress never intended that illegal aliens should receive Obama care benefits,” Kobach posted on X. “Indeed, two laws prohibit them from receiving such benefits.”

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton applauded the decision on social media.

Just as ObamaCare was a Trojan Horse to enable government takeover of health care, DACA “dreamers” were a Trojan horse to soften American opposition to the Democratic Party’s policy of importing illegal aliens in America. Of course, the Obama holdovers decided they didn’t need popular opinion on their side and just opened the floodgates to every illegal alien gang-banger who could make it across the border.

One by one, the illegal rules enacted by the Biden Administration to decontrol the border and normalize and subsidize illegal aliens are falling by the wayside. Let’s hope Trump47 kicks that process up into overdrive.

Obamacare was a government takeover of healthcare, but just as the government illegally censors people through third parties, they did so through the health insurance industry.

Government didn’t want to be seen as creating “death panels” once it was called out that that was what they were doing. So they outsourced the death panels to the health insurance industry … through giving them the power to deny healthcare by denying claims. In exchange, government rewarded the health insurance industry by forcing everyone to buy expensive health insurance.

So average people blame the health insurance companies for denial of claims and the high cost of health insurance, instead of the government who set the whole system up.

There is only one way we’re ever going to break these bastards of the habit they have of spending our tax money in these unauthorized and illegal means, and that’s to hold them personally responsible. All of them, whether elected or unelected; you spend money that wasn’t ever legally authorized by Congress, you pay it back. All of it. No bankruptcies, no way out… And, if it’s like the Biden Krime Krewe, then the whole family is held responsible.

They need to establish an independent forensic accounting branch of the government, one that tracks where all the politicians and government officials get their goddamn money from. If it’s not legit, then they pay it back into the treasury. As well, if they’re responsible for disbursing monies illegally, then they’re personally liable for those monies. I don’t care if Nancy Pelosi or some Treasury official that bundled up that pallet of cash we found in Damascus wind up living under a bridge in the cold and eating at homeless shelters: The money goes back.

We need to make it so that anyone who even thinks about profiting off of or diverting government funds looks at the final outcomes for other people that did the same, and then shudders, saying “Oh, hell no…”

This is exactly what happened, and it was done deliberately so as to ease the way towards total government takeover a la the UK’s NHS.

Which is what pisses me off so much about these f*cking leftist twats making a hero out of their little Luigi-assassin. They created this situation, in Congress, and now they’re at the second stage where they’ve pissed so many people off that they’re willing to murder other people who’re doing exactly as Congress demanded.

I say that government gets the f*ck out of healthcare entirely, and takes away all the administrative overhead bullshit they’ve mandated. Do you realize that over 80-90% of your healthcare dollars are going for admin overhead and paperwork, mandated by the government…?

Actually, y’know what? I want every employee of any government body, anywhere in the United States to be terrified of spending a f*cking dime on anything, lest they be found personally liable for wasting or misappropriating the people’s money.

Let these sorry f*ckers fear being bankrupted for a couple of generations. They do it to citizens, all the damn time… Look up what BLM and the Forest Service do all over the West. I think that if a government employee is held personally financially responsible for what they do with public money, we’d have a hell of a lot more responsibility taken.

We really need a government agency that is set diametrically in opposition to the spendthrift freaks we have right now. It ought to be such that if a Congressman is found guilty of using their powers for self-enrichment, then they are responsible for paying at least twice that much back into the Treasury, with no possibility of bankruptcy. If that means they’re gonna be working the night shift down at McDonalds when they’re 90, so be it.

Every one of these pricks ought to be forensically audited such that every dime they’ve made from day one of government employment has to be accounted for, and from a legit source. No investments are allowed, in anything, ever. If that means establishing some anonymous investment vehicle for Congress to have access to, that’s totally separate from and based only on how well the country is doing…? So be it. And, when Congress f*cks up, that investment fund gets drained to pay for fixing it.

The reason we have so many rats in government? Free government cheese. If the cheese ain’t there, the rats won’t be, either…

At the least, we’ll have the spectacle of Nancy Pelousy living out of a shopping cart, alongside her corrupt kin. You could sell tickets for that, and make decent money at it.

Love the decision, and the others that came before, restoring the balance of power and checks and balances.

Also, almost fell off my chair laughing at the headline. I know many judges I worked for would have like to say exactly that!

  7. M. Rad. says:

The political will to repeal & replace Obamacare never coalesced, partly due to narrow electoral margins, partly due to the GOPe’s assumption that they can merely delay outlast Trump, and partly due to Trump making some rookie tactical errors.

I see some parallels here with the treatment of Social Security during the Eisenhower administration. I believe there was some sentiment to repeal it once the GOP got control of Congress in 1956, but that obviously didn’t happen. We did, however, get a Supreme Court case (Nestor) that clarified SS as merely in income tax and an entitlement program. The political “deal” of a government-administered pension had no force of law. No one has a property claim to any SS benefit whatsoever and Congress can deny benefits to (in Nestor’s case) a deported alien, limited only by equal protection and due process.

The courts aren’t going to kill Obamacare, or SS, for us, but they have refused to enforce the notional “social contracts” that the left would use to swindle the populace.

    This.

“citing federal law that prohibits giving public benefits to those who are not legal citizens”

That’s federal law? Why wasn’t I informed? Why weren’t ANY of us informed?

btw “sanctuaries”are starting to complain about the cost of illegals. What “costs”
    exactly?

  10. DrTanstaafl says:

If you don’t repeal EMTALA, guaranteeing anyone can be seen in the ED, all you will do if you don’t pay for their insurance, is watch your hospital close. They need to be deported, not denied coverage.

  11. Malthus says:

“No investments are allowed, in anything, ever.”

If blind trusts were established, consisting solely of unhedged T-bills, it would curb deficit spending because the resultant inflation would devalue the bond holdings.

  12. Kirk says:

Let’s take it further… No government official, elected or appointed, ever gets to have any sort of investment vehicle other than some sort of fund tied to national prosperity. For the following three generations past their term… You tank the economy? Your kids live in penury, right along the rest of us peasants.

As well, I’d remove all immunity for anything, and ensure that there are provisions for private citizens to sue the crap out of government types for conspiracy to deprive other of civil rights whenever the assholes do some stupid sh*t like they’re planning here in Washington state about firearms. You vote for gun control? The public gets to sue your ass for conspiracy.

  13. Kirk says:

The public ought to have standing to sue the sh*t out of the government officials that are currently hauling off all the border wall materials for auction. Said officials ought to have to make up the difference between what they get for the material vice what it’s going to cost to replace…

Until personal liability becomes a thing for government employees, expect to see things like this continue. Just like the way they gave awards and performance bonuses to those assclowns in the EPA that killed a few thousand miles of river in Colorado… The costs for remediation on that should have come out of their collective pockets. All of it. To include damages to all the holders of riparian rights… If that means they had to sell their kids? Too f*cking bad. I’m tired of the goddamn incompetents doing these things and then we, the American taxpayers, get stuck with the bills.

    Bring back personal responsibility.
