If you can remember all the way back to Tuesday, I noted how “Patriots for Economic Freedom” is a scam PAC run for the benefit of consultant Tyler Whitney and lawyer Dan Backer.
Another group I get email from is “Conservative America Now.” Just today they sent me a solicitation for Julianne Ortman in her senate race against Al Franken.
Well, guess who is registered as the treasurer for Conservative America Now?
And how much of the money this Tyler Whitney group raised found it’s way to actual conservative candidates?
“This PAC didn’t make any contributions to federal candidates in the 2014 election cycle.”
Again: If you want to donate to Julianne Ortman, do it directly.

You’re right. I just got suckered into making a donation to CAN (not) in support of Mike McFadden, candidate for senate in Minnesota. I thought the donation was going to the campaign as I did not read the pitch carefully. Donation solicitation said it was to “. . .support voter outreach and advertising . . .” Because of your blog I researched their activities in detail. Based on their FEC Form 3X report, the only substantive thing they did in the 2nd quarter was to make two contributions to candidates, totaling $300. I see no other campaign support activity on their part.

Marcus, the answer to your question is yes! I DO want to support conservatives (neo or not). The sad fact is the two scumbags running these and other pacs are NOT conservatives. They are thieves (which likely makes them liberals).
They’ve probably got Medicaid/care, free wheelchair, SSI, and “Starving Artists for The Blind” scams running, too. This kind of bottom-feeder is the guy on the corner begging for food, who drives away in a new Bentley. Conservative Or Progressive? I’m guessing they are like you Marcus; just cheap-shot artists with no real value system.
